DELETE A CLOUT DASH ACCOUNT

1. FASTEST METHOD: DELETE IN THE APP

When optional account features are enabled, open Clout Dash → Settings → Account & Cloud → Delete Cloud Account. Read the scope, confirm the second step, and complete a recent Apple or Google sign-in if the linked provider requires it. The game calls the authenticated deletion service and signs the deleted account out only after the server confirms completion.

If the control is not present, account linking is not currently enabled for that build. Use the email method below if you previously used a cloud account or cannot open the app.

2. WEB REQUEST: NO LOGIN REQUIRED

Email hello@phigrid.games with the subject “Delete my Clout Dash account”. Include the Clout Dash support code from Settings if available, the platform used (iPhone or Android), and the Apple private-relay or Google email that may be linked. Tell us if you no longer have the device. Do not send your password, one-time code, full purchase receipt, payment-card details, or identity document in the first message.

3. VERIFICATION

We use the minimum proportionate information needed to prevent deletion of another person's data. This may involve matching the support code and platform provider, sending a confirmation to the linked address, or asking you to repeat an in-app action after a recent provider sign-in. If no cloud record can be located, we will explain what can still be removed locally or through Apple or Google.

4. DATA DELETED

A completed cloud deletion removes the Firebase Authentication user, the user's active cloud profile and progress subtree, wallet and receipt-ledger data associated with that account where not legally retained, private league run/session data, weekly leaderboard entries referenced by the account, and the RevenueCat customer record used by Clout Dash. The app then resets the native purchase identity and signs out.

Deleting a cloud account does not automatically erase the local save on every offline device. Uninstall or clear the app only after you have decided whether that local progress is still needed.

5. DATA THAT MAY REMAIN

Apple or Google retains store transactions and platform account data under its own legal duties and policies. Game Center or Play Games profiles, public activity settings, and platform-retained scores must be managed with that platform. A permanent purchase may still be restorable from the same store account even after the Clout Dash cloud profile is deleted.

We retain a one-way hashed deletion receipt for up to 400 days to prove completion and prevent replay or abuse. Minimal purchase, tax, accounting, fraud, security, backup, or legal-claim records may remain for the period required by law or reasonably necessary for that purpose. Those exceptions are not used to recreate ordinary deleted gameplay data.

6. TIMING AND RESULT

Authenticated in-app deletion is designed to complete immediately when all processors are available. An email request is normally completed within 30 days after sufficient verification, and always within the statutory deadline that applies. If a processor is temporarily unavailable, the in-app action reports that deletion did not complete so it can be retried; we do not show a false success.

We confirm the result by the verified contact route. Processor backups and security logs expire on their controlled retention schedules and are isolated from ordinary product use while retained.

7. LOCAL-ONLY DATA AND HELP

If you never linked an account or used a recoverable cloud feature, we may have no email-address lookup for your local save. Remove local data through the app and operating-system controls only when you no longer need it. Contact hello@phigrid.games before uninstalling if you are troubleshooting a save.
