Practical help for running your studio, protecting progress, managing purchases, and controlling your privacy. You never need a Clout Dash account to contact us.

## Do I need an account to play?

No. The ordinary career starts in guest mode, keeps a local save, and does not require an Apple, Google, Game Center, or Play Games sign-in. Optional account features are presented separately and can be dismissed.

## Where is my progress saved?

Your active save is kept on the device. When cloud progress is available and you choose an optional Apple or Google account, eligible career progress can also be reconciled through Firebase. Platform backups may separately include app data according to your iOS or Android settings.

## Will an update erase my progress?

Normal app updates are designed to migrate and preserve existing saves. Do not uninstall the app or clear its storage as a troubleshooting step: local-only progress may be lost. Contact support first if an update does not load your save.

## How do I restore purchases?

Use Restore Purchases in the in-game store while signed into the same App Store or Google Play account that made the purchase. Permanent entitlements can be restored without a Clout Dash account. Spent consumable Clout or time tickets are not refilled by a normal restore, but an interrupted verified delivery can be reconciled.

## Why is a product or price different from another device?

Apple and Google provide the local price, tax treatment, currency, and product availability. A product may also stay disabled while its secure delivery path is being tested. The confirmation sheet from your store is the price that applies before purchase.

## How does Creator Circuit work?

Seven Heats open through the week and missed Heats can be caught up later. Your best five verified Heat scores form the weekly total. Ranked runs use a fixed loadout, and paid boosts do not affect them.

## Why does the native leaderboard ask me to choose a profile?

Game Center and Google Play Games are separate, optional platform services. They may ask you to select or create a gaming profile before showing achievements or the weekly board. Cancelling leaves solo play unchanged.

## What kinds of ads are in the game?

Clout Dash is designed around optional rewarded ads and carefully timed interstitials, not a permanent banner covering the interface. Ad availability depends on connection, region, eligibility, and privacy choices. A reward is granted only after the game receives a completed-ad callback.

## How do I change ad or analytics choices?

Open Settings. Analytics and crash reports use an explicit on/off control and start disabled. Manage ad choices opens Google's available privacy-options form when one is required for your region. These choices do not block ordinary guest play.

## How do I delete a cloud account?

When account features are enabled, use the two-step Delete Cloud Account action in Settings. You can also use the public deletion page if you cannot open the app. Deletion removes the Firebase account, associated cloud game records, weekly entries, and the RevenueCat customer record, subject to the limited legal and security records explained there.

## How do I report a bug without sharing private data?

Describe the screen, action, and result; include the device, OS, and app version. A screenshot is helpful if it contains no private notifications or account information. Never send a password, payment-card number, full store receipt, or one-time code.

Email hello@phigrid.games with your device model, operating-system version, the app version shown in Settings, and what happened. Please do not send passwords, full receipts, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
