AGREEMENT AND ELIGIBILITY By downloading or using Clout Dash, you agree to these Terms and the rules of the store and platform services you choose to use. The game is intended for players aged 13 and older. If you cannot legally agree on your own, a parent or guardian must review and authorise use where required. These Terms supplement and do not replace mandatory consumer rights or the applicable Apple App Store, Google Play, Game Center, or Play Games terms. ## 2. LICENCE AND OWNERSHIP We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. Clout Dash software, original characters, artwork, writing, audio, branding, and protected content belong to us or our licensors. Activities expressly permitted by mandatory law remain permitted. ## 3. GUEST PLAY, SAVES, AND OPTIONAL ACCOUNTS Ordinary career play begins as a guest. A public-facing Clout Dash account is not required. Local saves may be lost if you uninstall, clear storage, lose the device, or move without a compatible platform backup or enabled cloud feature. Normal updates are designed to migrate saves, but contact support before deleting app data. Optional Apple or Google linking may provide cloud continuity, another device, recovery, and supported cross-platform benefits. Game Center and Play Games are separate optional services. You are responsible for protecting access to any device or platform account you use. ## 4. CLOUT, TICKETS, COSTUMES, AND DIGITAL ITEMS Clout, time tickets, upgrades, costumes, entitlements, rewards, and other virtual items are licensed game content. They have no cash value, are not legal tender, cannot be sold or transferred outside supported game functions, and do not create ownership in the service. Earned or purchased consumables may be spent and are not restored merely because they were previously held. Progress gates can make an item eligible to buy, but reaching a level does not promise a valuable item for free. Clout Dash does not offer paid randomized loot. We may rebalance earn rates, prices, or functionality for fair play, economy health, security, or design reasons, subject to mandatory consumer rights and without silently removing a paid durable entitlement. ## 5. PURCHASES, DELIVERY, RESTORE, AND REFUNDS Apple or Google processes the charge, local price, currency, tax, and payment method. The store confirmation shown before purchase controls the charge. RevenueCat helps validate and reconcile the result; it does not replace the store as merchant or payment processor. Permanent eligible entitlements can be restored through Restore Purchases while using the same store account. Spent consumables are not refilled by a normal restore, but a verified interrupted or duplicate-safe delivery can be reconciled. Refund requests are handled under the store's procedures and applicable law. A refund, revocation, or chargeback may remove the corresponding entitlement or undelivered balance. ## 6. ADVERTISING AND OPTIONAL REWARDS The game may show optional rewarded ads and interstitials. A rewarded offer requires eligible inventory and a completed callback; closing early or a network/provider error may prevent the reward. Privacy choices, location, connection, and provider availability can affect inventory. Manipulating ad activity or callbacks to obtain rewards is prohibited. CREATOR CIRCUIT, ACHIEVEMENTS, AND FAIR PLAY Creator Circuit uses server-issued runs, a fixed ranked loadout, bounded result checks, best-per-Heat records, and a best-five weekly total. Paid boosts do not affect ranked runs. Weekly availability, rules, scenes, score normalization, milestones, and board operation can change between competition windows to keep the mode secure and healthy. Do not automate play, tamper with the app or traffic, submit fabricated results, exploit errors, share restricted test access, interfere with another player, or manipulate Game Center or Play Games. We may reject, correct, hide, or remove invalid scores and restrict connected competition features after proportionate investigation. Ordinary solo play should not be removed merely because a platform gaming sign-in was cancelled. ## 8. ACCEPTABLE USE Do not unlawfully copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, impersonate the provider, attack or overload connected services, bypass security or purchase controls, upload malicious material, or use the game for unlawful activity. This does not prohibit security research, interoperability, reverse engineering, or other conduct that applicable law expressly protects. ## 9. UPDATES, BETA FEATURES, AND AVAILABILITY We may provide fixes, compatibility updates, new chapters, events, economy changes, or service changes. Beta and coming-soon content may be incomplete, reset, change, or be withdrawn before public release. We do not guarantee a release date, uninterrupted internet services, ad inventory, weekly competition, or compatibility with every future device and operating-system version. We will provide legally required updates and handle material discontinuation or paid-content changes in accordance with mandatory consumer law. ## 10. PRIVACY AND ACCOUNT DELETION The Privacy Policy explains device data, Firebase, optional accounts, advertising, purchases, platform game services, the website, support, rights, and retention. Agreeing to these Terms is not consent to optional Analytics, crash reporting, advertising personalization, or tracking. You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. When account features are enabled, a two-step in-app deletion action and the public deletion page cover the Firebase account and associated cloud game data. PROBLEMS, REMEDIES, AND LIABILITY If the game or a purchase does not work as described, contact hello@phigrid.games with the app version, device model, and a concise description. Applicable consumer law may provide repair, replacement, price reduction, termination, or refund rights, and store procedures may apply. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by unsupported device modification, your breach, or an external service beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including protected consumer claims, intent, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory privacy rights. ## 12. LAW, DISPUTES, LANGUAGE, AND CONTACT Swedish law applies. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this choice does not remove mandatory protections of your habitual country of residence. You may contact us first and, where eligible, refer a dispute to Sweden's Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), use another available consumer body, or bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction. There is no mandatory arbitration or exclusive Stockholm venue for consumers. The English text is the controlling version and future translations are for understanding; this does not override mandatory local-language or consumer protections.
