1. AGREEMENT AND ELIGIBILITY
PhiGrid: Sudoku is provided by Archura Digital Solutions AB. By downloading or using the game, you agree to these Terms and the applicable app-store rules. If you cannot legally agree on your own, a parent or guardian must review and authorise your use where required.
These Terms supplement, and do not replace, mandatory rights or the licence terms of Apple App Store or Google Play.
2. LICENCE AND GAMEPLAY
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. Ordinary gameplay works offline and does not require a PhiGrid account. Ads, ad-based rewards, downloads, updates, support email and external links require a connection.
Games, difficulties, chapters and islands may unlock through progress. Content described as coming soon has no guaranteed release date.
3. LOCAL PROGRESS
Saved games, notes, scores, history, virtual coins and unlocked content are stored on your device. There is no account-based cloud sync. Uninstalling, clearing app data, losing the device or changing it without a compatible platform backup may cause permanent loss. Contact support before deleting data if you need help.
We cannot reconstruct records we never received. Nothing here removes remedies that mandatory law provides for a defective update or service.
4. ADS AND VIRTUAL REWARDS
The game contains ads. Optional rewards may require completing an eligible rewarded ad. Availability depends on connection, location, privacy choices and the provider, and an offer does not guarantee that an ad will load.
Virtual coins, second chances and other rewards have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may only be used for the stated in-game functions. The current version has no in-app purchase or subscription. Future paid features would show their price and terms before purchase.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The software, artwork, brand and protected content belong to us or our licensors. This does not claim exclusive rights over the general rules of Sudoku. Do not unlawfully copy or distribute the app, impersonate its provider, interfere with connected services, manipulate ad activity, or exploit errors to obtain unfair rewards. Activities expressly permitted by law remain permitted.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND PRIVACY
App stores, advertisements and external links are operated under their providers' terms. A transaction you choose to make on an advertiser's service is with that provider. Report inappropriate or misleading ads so we can investigate.
Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, advertising data, website logs and support communications. Agreeing to these Terms is not consent to personalised advertising and does not waive privacy rights.
7. UPDATES AND AVAILABILITY
We may provide fixes, compatibility updates and additional content. We will provide updates required by applicable law and handle material changes or discontinuation in accordance with mandatory consumer rules. We do not promise compatibility with every device or future operating-system version, or uninterrupted availability of third-party advertising and store services.
8. PROBLEMS, REMEDIES AND LIABILITY
If the app does not work as described, email hello@phigrid.games with the app version, device model and a description of the problem. Applicable consumer law may provide repair, replacement, price reduction, termination or refund remedies. Store procedures may also apply to a store payment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence or protected consumer claims. There is no general waiver of data-loss, privacy or consumer rights.
9. ENDING USE
You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. Uninstallation may remove local progress but does not necessarily delete platform backups or data already processed by advertising or support providers. Ending use does not affect rights and obligations that already arose.
10. LAW, DISPUTES, LANGUAGE AND CONTACT
Swedish law applies. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this choice does not remove mandatory protections of your habitual country of residence. You may contact us first and, where eligible, refer a dispute to Sweden's Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), use another available consumer body, or bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction. These Terms do not require exclusive proceedings in Stockholm or mandatory arbitration.
